Nov 22, 2022Oh boy this was bad, really bad. Firstly the acting, dreadful. It's as easy as that. The budget was zero, the Tory line would have been better if there was tension in the film, there was none. Okay I would say from a guy's point of view the girls were nice. The script itself has to be blamed as well, it was awful, I could have done a better one, check anyone could have. Don't bother with this travesty, I would give it zero stars. But I have given one star for effort and the other star for the girls.

Nov 22, 2022Tips for writers: 1. Don't start your movie with the usual gang of predictable cinema teenager portrayals 2. Don't make your characters so irritating that not only does it make the audience not care about them, it turns them off the film before it even really gets underway. 3. Don't make your characters SO. INCREDIBLY. STUPID. that it makes them unbearable to watch. 4. Do not make the audience endure all of the above for 50+ minutes (over half the movie!!) *before anything actually starts happening*!! 5. Hire a professional writer.

Nov 22, 2022It is a wild ride for Crystal and her friends as they head to the sand dunes of Diamond Mountain for spring break to ride motocross bikes and party with other college students. Along the way they have car problems and are forced to pull off the abandoned road and wait for friends to come by and help. Shortly after waiting on the side of the road they are accompanied by a stranger who offers help to the group. T hey are afraid at first, but soon the stranger, Hector (Jessie James Young Blood) earns their trust. Through all of their efforts they can't fix their truck. Jake, Devaughn's cousin and one of the guys from the group, offers to head back to town for help. Time passes and there is no sign of any friends or help in sight. As the night falls, they drink around the campfire and tell stories. Amy and Chase decide to head out for a little private time and Hector takes a walk. Typical slasher plot. Surprisingly well filmed, given the lack of budget. But the script is rather dopey and poorly written. The acting is OK except when a girl or two actually look into the camera for no reason. The background band is horrible. The movie falls apart very quickly and it's too bad because it COULD have been good. As it stands it's an OK foray into the genre but forgettable.
