Nov 22, 2022No pun intended - and as the rating suggest maybe not the compliment the movie might aim for. Still I do like the main actress a lot and overall I would not put too much blame on the actors (you may have seen her in other stuff, like a Flanagan show). Still this is as predictable as it gets and while it has many scares, not really any of them work the way they should. Yes the jump scare thing will make you shudder once or twice and yes the effects are quite nicely done. But the real question is, is it enough for you to be fully entertained by what you get served? I would argue not - but ultimately it will boil down to your own suspense of disbelief.

Nov 22, 2022This movie was a mess from start to finish. When it was finally over, you are glad it's over, but have no idea what happened. I watched the movie repeating certain sections and I still could make no sense of it. The acting was very week at times. Maybe you can watch it and explain it to me.

Nov 22, 2022Ok, what jokester funded this and allowed it to see the light of day? I purposely watched it based on the crap reviews, and boy, did it deliver! This has to be one of the most convoluted, incomprehensible movies ever created. I can't begin to cover all the flaws, but I have to mention the stupid nightgown. The blonde pulls out a Tide white "century old" nightgown from a trunk and puts it on. She then proceeds to literally roll around in dirt, dig a grave, and smash PB&J all over herself, all while keeping it pristine. That's just one tiny example of the insufferably lazy writing. And the reason I call her the Blonde is because I don't even know her real name! The only word etched in my brain is "Babe," and I shall forever hate it from this point forward. If I'd taken a shot for every "Babe," I might have enjoyed this bizarre community theater reject a little more. Two stars for the absolute effort it had to take to make such a confusing mess and for the production value which wasn't half bad considering the awful writing and acting it had to work with. And two stars for giving me hope that, I too, could one day write a ridiculous screenplay and get it made!
