Instead it is about the very real and devastating problem of child sexual abuse. This isn't a movie made for fun or for entertainment. It was designed to give a voice to survivors of such abuse.

As a horror I would give this film a one. As a story that addresses the struggles and demons of child sexual abuse. I'd give it at least a 5.

Beginning here with dollhouses and funerals / wakes..... Well woman and daughter take a DOLLHOUSE home with them from GRANDMAS, and hilarity begins to ensue.. Daughter starts talking constantly about how she is playing and talking wiht PIPER. PIPER IS A DOLL. OKAY THEN MOMMY GETS BUSTED FOR TRYING TO STEAL BOOZE!! That was kinda weird. Daddy has to come to the cop shop to pick up the KIDS. Oh no wait it was to bail out MOMMY. Weird. Mommy has some issues considering she's a PSYCHIATRIST OR at least some type of COUNSELLOR. Mommy also has some fidelity problems apparently when she drinks but having a vision of PIPER in the car window while she's doing that kinda gives her a big turn off. Much to the chagrin of TATTOOED MAN!!! So basically we discover that MOMMY was sexually abused as a kid. She's had these problems and is trying to find a way to deal with them. -1 Star for what became a two hour commercial on sexual abuse. This story, didn't really have much umph to it and I like umph. I think a lot of viewers will be incredibly disappointed with this one but for me, I'll give it a 4/10
