Oct 18, 2022The title of the movie tells you that it is a love story, but not that it is a dumb story. It is a joke to go into space for the movie makers, they go whenever they want. The base of the movie is not strong, whole movie is due to the carelessness of the lead astronaut. I really can't go on listing the dumb things about it, because the list is very long and it will be useless. So, if you want to watch it, go on, but don't expect great things from it.

Actors in this movie just work with the material that they are given,as usual, and there are a couple of them who have great careers, Carla Gugino(ladies first) and the great Gary Oldman. The young ones are pretty good,too,along with the rest of the cast. Nothing to blame on the director, either, unless the cheesy soundtrack is his responsibility. But that's kind of o.k. Nothing is perfect. What really bugs me about this movie is that it really seems to be a bunch of scenes of different popular and not so popular movies, patched up(from the 80s, 90s and so on). I won't say names so I don't spoil, but if you are over 30 and usually watch movies, this one will give you a "deja vu" sense. Not impressed at all...
